Use of Service

• The Service provides running tracking, real-time location sharing, coaching, and social networking features.
• You must create an account to use the Service and must be at least 13 years old (16 for EU users).
• We may modify the Service content without prior notice to improve service quality.
• The Service is provided 24/7, subject to maintenance and technical issues.

User Account

• You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

User Content

Regarding content you post to the Service (running records, photos, messages, etc.):

• You retain all rights and responsibilities for your content.
• You grant us a license to use your content for providing, improving, and promoting the Service.
• You must not post content that violates others' rights or applicable laws.

Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Collect, store, or disclose others' personal information without authorization
• Interfere with the Service operation or access systems without authorization
• Post false information or impersonate others
• Post obscene, violent, or hateful content
• Use automated means (bots, scripts) to access the Service
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or public order

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service and its content (text, graphics, logos, software) belong to the Company or respective rights holders. You may not reproduce, transmit, distribute, or commercially use such content without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Service Changes and Termination

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms as necessary, in compliance with applicable laws. We will notify you of any changes at least 7 days before they take effect. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you may discontinue using the Service and delete your account.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is located. Disputes arising from the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

For EU users: This does not affect your rights under EU consumer protection laws.
